Shipping Policy

By registering for the Namma Marathon, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the collection of bibs and T-shirts:

Collection Process: All bibs and T-shirts must be collected from designated collection points, which will be communicated to participants in due course. Participants can collect their items personally or arrange for a porter to collect them on their behalf.

On-Site Collection Available: Participants who are unable to collect their bibs and T-shirts in advance may do so at the event venue on race day. However, they are encouraged to collect them beforehand to avoid last-minute delays.

Identification Requirement: Participants (or their designated porters) must present valid identification and proof of registration to collect their bibs and T-shirts. The organizers reserve the right to deny collection in case of missing or invalid documents.

Collection Deadlines: Participants must adhere to the specified collection deadlines. Failure to collect within the given timeframe may result in forfeiture of the bib and T-shirt, with no refunds or replacements provided.

Third-Party Collection: If a participant chooses to book a porter or assign a representative to collect the items, they must ensure the designated person has proper authorization and documentation. The organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or misplacement of items once collected.

No Exchanges or Replacements: The size and quantity of T-shirts and bibs are allocated based on prior selection and availability. No requests for changes, exchanges, or replacements will be entertained.

Liability Release: The organizers, sponsors, and partners will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of the bibs and T-shirts once they have been collected. Participants are advised to verify their items at the time of collection.

By registering for the Event, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and acknowledge that failure to collect their bibs and T-shirts in the prescribed manner may result in non-participation without refund or compensation.
